All of us face difficult periods in our lives from time to time: bereavement, redundancy, retirement, a house move, debt, difficult relationships either at work or at home, illness – either of ourselves or someone close to us – or just the stress of modern day life, it all takes its toll.

That is when we most need to take care of ourselves as our immune systems can become weakened and we fall prey to every “bug” going around! I live in the growing town of Stotfold on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire borders, which is just one mile from the A1 and close to the A507, placing my treatment room within easy reach of many surrounding villages and towns such as Arlesey, Shefford, Ickleford, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Radwell, Henlow, Clifton, Langford and Biggleswade.
